Material for footwear producers
The requirements to sole materials are as various as the conditions in which they have to perform as part of the shoe.Our standard materials are designed to fulfill the requirements of the europeand standard for safey footwear,CEN 344 / 345.This material is antistatic and oil resistant.Furthermore we can offer materials specially adapted to the needs of our customers and to special conditions of use.
Rubber is being compounded in our own plant.Apart from the production of our standard materials this gives the opportunity to develop and produce materials for special apliances such as:
- antistatic and oil-resistant (standard)   - rubber for bonding with polyurethane   - cold-flexible while antistatic an oil-resistant   - ESD: use in areas with electrostatic sensitive devices (e.g. electronics)   - electrical conductivity   - natural rubber   - transparent materials   - SBR
We produce Polyurethan in three different qualities:   - antistatic and oil-resistant (standard)   - ESD: use in areas with electrostatic sensitive devices (e.g. electronics)   - comfort, antistatic and oil-resistant
Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) is used for highly abrasion resistant or small moulded parts. We can produce them with an injection moulding machine.
