Rubber units are first choice for use under hot or difficult conditions. You will find them in heavy industry, fire brigades or agricultural industry.

Polyurethane units are characterized by low density. That eanables producers to create light-weight shoes. Widely aplicable, e.g. at assembly lines, crafts or construction industry, PUR represents currently the major material in use for safety footwear.

Rubber skins or rubber treads are used to be put into a direct moulding machine prior to injection of the polyurethan material. This rubber – PUR combination creates uniquely the possibility to utilize both the prior properties of rubber and the lightweight PUR. Usually our rubber skins are used in machines for direct injection, e.g. Desma

Rubber compounds are offered to our customers. Those compounds can be used for vulcanization of soles direct onto uppers by means of the shoe factory’s own machinery
